Hügli as title sponsor at Young Chefs Unplugged in Rankweil (AT)

In October 2022, the Young Chefs Unplugged event took place for the 4th time. The chefs' associations of Austria, Switzerland, Germany, Luxembourg and South Tyrol offer a knowledge platform for young chefs with workshops, presentations and much more.

Knowledge Congress for the Young in the Kitchen

About 300 chefs from all German-speaking parts of Europe met in October in Rankweil, Austria, for the largest international knowledge congress. The event was organised by Koch G5, the federation of the five chefs' associations from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, South Tyrol and Luxembourg. Young chefs from all five member countries were on site. They had come individually or in groups, some together with their chefs and many with colleagues from the same company or vocational school class.

Hügli presented itself on site as a sponsor with the innovative Bresc brand. Philipp Glauser, Culinary Advisor at Hügli, offered a workshop on the topic of sensory analysis, which met with great interest among the young chefs.

Hügli donates 24m2 of sustainable wild bee and butterfly pasture for each employee of the Business Unit B2C West and thus a total of 2,000m2 of habitat for bees and pollinating insects.
